Shipping Information
What are the delivery and production times?
Production times depend on the material and specifications, but typically range from 5 to 10 business days after receipt of order. Delivery times from the point of handover to our shipping service providers are generally 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and, where applicable, a tracking link to monitor your package. We also offer an express service for many products; however, this is unfortunately not available for custom-made items. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. Express shipping reduces the actual shipping duration but does not affect the individual production time in our workshop.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
What delivery and shipping options are available?
Our domestic and international shipping is handled by DHL and other reputable shipping companies.
Please note that these shipping prices apply only to our online offerings. Orders placed at our retail store and workshop are subject to different terms.
Shipping within Germany
Standard shipping (approx. 1 to 3 business days) = €9.90 incl. VAT
For urgent orders within Germany, we recommend our express shipping, which costs €35.00 incl. VAT and enables delivery on the next business day. Please note that standard shipping does not guarantee a fixed delivery time. The shipping company’s delivery time is expected to be 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping within the EU and Europe
Standard shipping (approx. 3 to 7 business days) = €19.00 incl. VAT
Express shipping (approx. 1 to 3 business days) = €85.00 incl. VAT
We accept no liability or responsibility for customs duties or other delivery charges incurred in the destination country.
All other destinations
For deliveries to all other destinations, the standard delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days and costs €99.00 incl. VAT.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for customs duties or additional delivery costs incurred in the destination country. If both the billing and delivery addresses are outside the EU, no VAT will be charged.
Packaging Act
We fully comply with our legal obligations under the Packaging Act (VerpackG): Our shipping packaging is registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register Foundation (LUCID) under number [Registration Number] and licensed for disposal with a dual system.
